Your new role
You’ll be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with the website design in a way that is attractive, meaningful and convenient for users.

What you'll need to succeed

• Decision-maker within their domain & possess customer-centric design
• Engage with various organizational areas to understand needs
• Apply a customer-focused perspective and comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• Strong hands on experience with Drupal, figma and sketch
• Primary task: Redesign client’s website with the internal dev team
• Minor role: Mobility UX design, addressing gaps
