This mining house situated in North Queensland requires an experienced Training Advisor.
Your new role
Reporting to the Training Supervisor you will be responsible fordeveloping, implementing and auditing site training plans, conducting training and assessment for operational staff, maintaining and updating employee training records and other duties as required. This role is based in Mt Isa so applicants must be residentially based. The role is offered on an 5:2 roster for a 6-month contract with possible extension.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and have prior experience in a similar role either within mining or heavy industry. You will need to be an excellent communicator, work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail and have the ability to develop strong working relationships with staff.
