About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Support Officer to join our Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) business unit based at Edinburgh Parks, SA.
Working closely with the CDS ICT Engineering team, the Technical Sales Officer will provide high-level technical administration support for the execution of a product business. Including but not limited to the areas of technical sales support and liaison, configuration management and governance of goods.

Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal ICT engineering team to resolve any product related technical issues
- Support the technical administration for the program i.e. soft sales, technical support, addressing customer enquiries, sales transactions and inventory management
- Assist ICT engineers with product testing
- Ensure all product related compliance is followed in accordance to BAE Systems and defence requirements
- Diploma or Cert iV in technical / ICT qualifications or equivalent
- A proven background in ICT product sales & support domain
- Understanding of technical ICT terms and product information
- Ability to exercise initiative in managing competing priorities and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to people across all levels of engagement
- Knowledge of products relate to data security would be desirable
