Responsibilities

As a Service Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in the service and maintenance operations, ensuring customer equipment is repaired efficiently minimising downtime.

• Service and maintain customer equipment both preventative maintenance and breakdown work.
• Fault find and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Record completed work including labour and materials/parts used.
• Utilising computer systems to identify parts and equipment effectively.

Your Profile

• Trade certificate in mechanical fitting, industrial instruments, electrical trade or similar.
• Minimum 4 years providing service support in a field service environment.
• Electrical Licence or Restricted Electrical Licence would be advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills as the role is client facing.
• Forklift ticket is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a mature, reliable work ethic.
• Basic computer skills to record completed job information and look up parts.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.

Benefits

• Competitive salary: $80,000 - $90,000 base + super + company vehicle + 10% bonus per annum based on experience.
