About the Role
We're after skilled Haulout Drivers who can jump straight into action. Whether you're operating cane haulout trucks, tractors, or other farming equipment, this role will keep you on your toes. You'll be working in the field, moving harvested sugarcane, carrying out minor repairs, and ensuring smooth operations during our busiest time of the year.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Operating cane haulout equipment, including trucks, tractors, and other vehicles
• Performing minor repairs and maintenance as needed
• Exercising care for the land, soil, and crop while hauling cane
• Working with new technologies and sustainable farming practices

What You Need to Succeed:

• Recent practical agricultural experience, ideally in the sugar industry
• A valid "C" Class driver's license and other relevant operator certificates/licenses to drive the equipment
• A solid understanding of farming operations and technology
• The ability to operate harvesting and hauling machinery safely and efficiently
• A strong focus on safety, both for yourself and those around you
