For more than 60 years, we’ve supported the backbone of Australia’s health system by setting the standards for education and practice and advocating for better health and wellbeing for all Australians.

About you
As our Rural Procedural Grant Program Administrator, you will be a proactive individual with a can-do attitude and a focus on customer service. You will possess the ability to plan, organise and establish your own work priorities to manage a complex workload.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
Experience in providing secretariat and administrative support to committees and/or board.
Excellent written communications skills, with demonstrated experience in agenda preparations, minute taking and drafting correspondence.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Well-developed organisation and problem-solving skills.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Rural Member Support, you will provide exceptional administrative support in the day to day operations that facilitate the delivery of the RPGP. You will provide exceptional customer service and support to GPs who are enrolled in the program to the RACGP.

In addition, you’ll:
Provide administrative support for the efficient delivery of the Rural Procedural Grant Program
Process RPGP claims and applications from GP members
Understand the guidelines for RPGP to assist with member emails and calls.
