  • Duration: 3 months - temp assignment
  • Shifts: 24 hours a week - 3 days a week / 8 hours per day - flexible with days and hours

Position:

Our client is seeking an experience EA to join the team on a Part Time basis for 3 months for a maternity leave cover. This position is for an October start. The position will be based onsite at Dandenong South, VIC, 24 hours a week - 3x 8 hour days. There is flexibility on the times and days of work, however it will need to be between Monday and Friday and within normal working hours. The pay rate for this position is $45 - $50 per hour + super.

Responsibilities:

Supporting a General Manager (GM), the Executive Assistant plays a pivot role in providing quality administration support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively anticipate needs and ensure the GM has all the required documents in advance of meetings
  • Organise travel and accommodation bookings
  • Expense Management
  • Provide a professional first point of contact and carry out projects as requested
  • Diary and Calendar management
  • Draft and prepare documents, presentations and correspondence as required
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with all internal and external relationships and communications
  • General admin duties

Candidate Characteristics:

  • 3+ years' experience as an executive assistant
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time Management
  • Builds positive relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Adjusts to changes in priorities or unforeseen challenges.
