This is an opportunity for a single or couple management team, to manage the day to day running of the hotel which includes reception, housekeeping, maintenance, online bookings, rosters, and the greeting of guests.
Must be able to work at a fast pace, essential that you are a real people person, able to manage guests and booking inquiries, with great communication and written skills.

This management role will require you to:
- Show high level presentation and a guest centric approach.
- Manage all areas of guest relations, including enquiries, guest experience, check-in’s/check-outs, managing guest feedback and reviews.
- Manage all aspects of reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
- Proactively manage reservation systems to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Be hands on and be present across all areas of the business.
- Build relationships with staff, guests and suppliers.
- Ensure high standards of room and property cleanliness as per company policies.
- Oversee the maintenance and sustainment of the property and facilities.
- Be proficient in computers and online business platforms (knowledge of Opera Cloud would be beneficial).
- Be responsible for financial results and accounting.
- Manage all monthly costs in line with budgets, forecast and business needs.
- Prepare monthly reports and action plans based on results.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions and conferences as required.
- Daily administration and office duties including reconciliation and cash management.
- Manage all property staff including, recruitment, training, supervision and counsel where necessary.
- Maintain and oversee rosters, staff hours and payroll.
- Oversee stock management, ordering and invoicing.
- Show strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Be proactive in solving problems and making decisions in challenging situations.
- Able to work autonomously with support from centralised services.
- Escalate issues to Area Manager as necessary.
In Addition:
- This role will require you to live on site.
- You must show proven experience in a similar role.
- Be self motivated with attention to detail.
- Availability to work across a 7 day roster, including Public Holidays.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in managing property upgrades is highly desirable.
- Must have working rights in Australia.
- The set up of the role is somewhat flexible.
- Role is available for an immediate start.

Pay: $72,000.00 – $74,000.00 per year
