Tier 1 mining company's Remote Operations Centre.
Location: Perth CBD
4-month contract with potential for extension

Work on a 12-hour shift-based roster, involving nights. Provide level 1/2 IT and OT support for mine sites across Australia. Be first point of contact for stakeholders across the business and escalate where required.

• Previous experience providing IT / OT support within the mining industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Exposure to ITIL framework
