Responsibilities

As a QA officer at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to lead QA for the site and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology

  • QA Support and management for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support and conduct on-site audits
  • Document internal quality assurance activities
  • Investigate customer enquires
  • Collect and compile statistical quality data
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
  • Monitor risk management activities
  • Assure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 2-3 years quality &/or operational experience in pharmaceutical or food industry
  • WMS experience/exposure or strong computer literacy
  • exposure to the temperature controlled environment
  • Internal or external audit experience
  • Understanding of Quality Management principles
  • High level knowledge of the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
