Purpose
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee Koastal Kitchen Restaurant, a small yet vibrant operation featuring a buffet breakfast and an afternoon pool bar.

The Role
  • Hands-on role with involvement in both floor operations and administrative tasks
  • Engage directly in both floor operations and administrative tasks

Primary Responsibilities
  • oversee Koastal Kitchen Restaurant, a small yet vibrant operation featuring a buffet breakfast and an afternoon pool bar
  • Guide and mentor your team, ensuring they consistently craft memorable moments
  • Collaborate closely with department heads
  • Manage administrative and planning aspects, including but not limited to scheduling, reporting, package and promotion development, recruitment, personnel management, inventory management, and ordering
Skills and Experience
  • You are a motivated individual with a desire to be actively involved in day-to-day operations
  • Basic understanding of labour trackers, cost of sales, and budgets is beneficial (training provided)
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues), and Food Safety certification required (assistance available to obtain if certifications are not currently held)
  • Skilful in engaging, inspiriting your team, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere
  • Effective and thoughtful communicator
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a knack for prioritisation
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when faced with high-pressure situations
