Responsibilities:

  • Create exceptional Guests experiences
  • Provide and maintain a safe, happy and productive work environment
  • Work, health and safety management
  • Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, training staff to meet these expectations.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.

About You:

  • Have proof of working rights in Australia (no sponsorship is offered)
  • Have Approved Manager Licence
  • Great Availability (AM and PM services)
  • Strong understanding of the Liquor Act and WA legislation
  • Restaurant supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Positive team player, responsible, organised, and self-motivated
  • Patient, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and eager for career development
