About the role



We're seeking a talented individual to contribute to our strategic growth journey and help drive Coles' retail media network in Australia.


As an experienced Media and Marketing analytics Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving positive business outcomes for Coles, our suppliers, and our customers by delivering insightful and impactful category, customer, and channel analysis & campaign support.


Day-to-day you will:



  • Deliver insightful and impactful category, customer, and media channel analysis
  • Provide stakeholders with customer/market data insights to support decision-making
  • Support tactical and strategic initiatives in alignment with the Coles supplier media strategy
  • Leverage and evolve the data ecosystem to enhance marketing analytics capabilities.

About You And Your Skills



Coming from a Marketing, Data or Media background you have a passion for data and customer insight. You love analysing and interpreting data to uncover meaningful insights.



You’ll also have



  • 3+ years experience in marketing, data or a media setting
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Working knowledge of media buying and current marketing trends
  • Experience working with BI, or visualisation tools a plus.
