Are you passionate about customer service, do you love to make customer smile? We're on the lookout for a Customer Care Consultant to join our small and awesome team and help us deliver top-notch service to our customers!
This role works in our Richmond office on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays and from home on Wednesdays and Friday. You will work a rotating roster with hours between 8am and 6pm.

What you’ll be doing
- Handle calls and emails, making sure every customer feels heard and supported
- Aim for first-call resolutions, making sure our customers' needs are met quickly and efficiently
- True case management of customer issues, using the best channels to get things sorted
- Find ways to make our processes simpler and more efficient, so we can focus on what matters most—our customers!
About you
- A passion for customer service
- Awesome communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A knack for solving problems and paying attention to the details that matter.
- The ability to handle tough calls with empathy and professionalism.
